We are hiring Bilingual Office Assistant who can multi-task, assist with some customer service needs, and other basic office tasks.
General responsibilities:
• Receiving, directing, handling phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Working directly with the Manager to learn their task
• Providing basic administrative support as requested
Qualification / Requirements:
• Excellent communications skills, written and oral
• Experience in customer services
• Moderate knowledge level of Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
• Team player
