ROLE OVERVIEW
Regional Sales Representative Associate is responsible for driving sales in a specified region to achieve and exceed sales targets. They may handle tasks such as driving revenue growth and expanding our OTC (Beauty Supply Store) market presence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the region.
• Set clear sales goals and targets for the sales team.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure the team's success.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales processes.
• Continuously identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
• Enthusiastic candidates who are passionate about becoming a sales expert in the beauty industry.
• 3 or more years of sales experience is preferred, not required.
• Proven experience in regulatory compliance, ideally within the beauty or cosmetics industry, with a strong emphasis on international compliance and product or brand registrations.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and laws, both domestic and international.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Proven experience in international trade compliance within the beauty industry or similar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, custom procedures, and any legal classification in regions including Africa, South America, and Europe.
