Warehouse Operation/General Affairs Staff
Job Location: Harrisburg, PA
Working Hours: M-F 8AM – 5 PM
Pay: $20/Hour
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Productivity Report
· Inventory Control
· Process orders – Compare prices with vendors
· PUMI submission
· IT ASSET Control
· Invoices audit
· Submit Invoices Cello
· Direct Billing Log
· Month end reports
· Pallet inventory Control
· Attendance Report – (SDS)
· Cost control
· At cost expenses report
· C19 Supplies expenses
· Employee Activation
· Labor Hour Audit
· Waste Management – Dumpsters & Pallets
· Incident Report & Follow-ups
· Repair & Maintenance – WH / MHEs
· Vendor Registration / lookups
· Forecasting
· P&L Analysis
· LPM
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
· Must have authorization to work in the United States.
SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE/WORK STYLE:
· Dependable with reliable transportation.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
· Basic Excel and Outlook skills.
